About the Founders

At Eventual Magic, we’re more than event planners; we’re memory-makers, chaos-coordinators, and detail-obsessed dreamers. Founded by Bee and Jeremy, we bring together over two decades of experience across event design, logistics, community engagement, and organizational leadership.

We’ve planned everything from casual happy hours to multi-day national conferences, from one-of-a-kind wedding and celebration of life to dynamic leadership retreats and vibrant community festivals. Bee’s creative spirit and people-first approach pairs seamlessly with Jeremy’s strategic mind and equity-driven leadership. Together, we’ve planned and led workshops, coordinated graduations, unique fundraising experiences, managed volunteers, and calmed the occasional toddler mid-tantrum—all while making time for magic happen. 

No matter the scale or setting, we bring care, creativity, and a touch of magic to every event we plan. We blend professional precision with genuine heart.
